I've got a Masters of Computer Science and Engineering from the [e:University of New South Wales](https://www.unsw.edu.au/), Sydney, Australia. A Graduate Diploma in Visual Effects from the [e:Victorian College of the Arts](https://finearts-music.unimelb.edu.au/about-us/vca), Melbourne, Australia and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the [e:University of Oslo](https://www.uio.no/), Norway.
I'm an author of the books [e:The Soul Sailor](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/34940798-the-soul-sailor) (2014) and [e:Bill Goats and the Forest](https://billgoats.com) (2022).
I'm an artist, and I have held some smaller exhibitions and illustrated two books. A selection of my artwork is located at [e:mpath.ink](https://mpath.ink).
I'm a filmmaker, and have made [e:several short films](https://odysee.com/@frode:6). In 2005, an award winning film of mine was selected to open North America's biggest short film festival, [e:The Palm Springs International ShortFest](https://www.psfilmfest.org/). My films have been screened in Australia, France, Greece, Japan, Irland, Italy, Nigeria, Portugal, Russia, Spain and the USA.
I'm a podcaster, and together with Miriam Ekelund, I'm is making the podcast [e:Antijantepodden](https://antijantepodden.no).
And last but not least, I'm is a programmer. I've has worked as a system developer, project manager, CTO and CEO for different tech companies. For example, I've created the publishing solution, [e:Jongleur](https://gitlab.com/pqq/jongleur/), which was used for building this website.
